I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely go back. The hotel met the demands, I appreciated its good location and amiable staff. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus.

The hotel was conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our needs and requests, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel also provided us with clean towels and toiletries regularly.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom facilities were also not up to standard, with the toilet hose being extremely high pressured, and the shower having no water pressure at all. Additionally, the general cleanliness of the hotel was below average and did not meet our expectations.
